Refund & Return Policy

At Flora Bible, we want you to feel confident and inspired with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation) is required to process your return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before sending it back.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at help@florabible.com with your order number and subject line: “Cancellation Request.”

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it under the guidelines below.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our support team at help@florabible.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items (if marked “final sale”)
